Leanne Haverkost is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of healthcare experience and a passion for compassionate, personalized, and comprehensive patient care.
Her extensive background includes family medicine, functional wellness, hormone replacement therapy, and weight management. She brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to AGErite Wellness Center.
Throughout her career, Leanne has provided healthcare to patients across all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her expertise includes preventive medicine, women's and men's health, menopause and midlife wellness, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, functional medicine, and chronic disease management.
Before joining AGErite, Leanne practiced in several established family medicine clinics throughout the Greater Houston area. Her background also includes critical care nursing in a Neuro-Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
Beyond clinical practice, Leanne is passionate about advancing nursing through education and mentorship. She serves as a clinical instructor and preceptor for Family Nurse Practitioner students.
